I like to tell you that indeed we face several problems when purchasing a new products, commodities whether in terms of Electronics, Houseware, apparels and other stuff. We buy new items to replaced the old items.

Notwithstanding, New items create problems. In Today's Mumbai Mirror a family from Belapur bought an expensive kitchen hob or stove and barely two months after it was installed it got exploded . The new one which was bought to replace the old one gave this problem.

To respite from the old ones we purchased the new products and after wards some technical problem arises, no doubt we do get the benefits of warranty for one year and support from the company. The headache is that no one has a time for the follow up and again there would be a delay from the company side to send their engineers to look in to their products.

I preferably don't change my Mobiles frequently, In spite of spending extravagant amount and to invite headache for the technical problems and moreover one has to read the brouchers to use and handle the products. It is better to use your old one rather going to purchase for the new one. It is been rightly said "OLD IS GOLD".

My grandpa used to tell me that what's the use of schooling if you doesn't know how to fix a srew and nut bolt, how to do repairs to electricals, and all other pratical issues which come up in our life. He used to say that we are least bother that which flowers and trees are growing in which countries and all algebratic and geometric formullas that is not really applicable to your daily life.

One has to be pratical and your knowledge pays a dividend when you become useful to others besides earning regular income . Degrees, Awards, Certificates, Medals are counted when you put your knowledge in to practise and more towards human welfare. Remember, there are two types of accounts one has to maintain in their life one is monetory account and another is divine virtues and good deeds.

A doctor has to see its patients in terms of wealth, he should charged heavy from a wealthy patients and the same has to be contributed free of costs to the poor patients. Step one: Stay Calm. Don't panic and make rash decisions. Even though you know that selling shares of good companies or mutual funds is the worst thing to do, it is often the first thing that comes to your mind. Of course, this is not to say that if there is money in high-risk, high-return mid-or small-cap funds or stocks, you should not move them. But take a call after you have properly analysed losses that would have incurred in the process. Yes, these are times when you have to be more alert, but translating your alertness into immediate action need not be necessary. You should opt for rational decisions in such times.
Step two: Just a while ago, you would have got calls from head hunters and felt ultra-confident about yourself. But with changing times, it is more likely that these calls will slow down, and so will hikes being offered by companies that are recruiting. Even your own company may not give much of a hike in the next year. But it's time that you do not look at hikes and increments. Instead, be defensive about your existing job. There are several ways of doing this -- right from taking in more responsibilities to improving your skill sets. This could mean putting in more hours, if possible, and working harder and smarter. Be prepared for situations, where your company is pruning its existing workforce and more workload may be coming your way.
Step three: Create a contingency fund aggressively, if you have not already done so. It is far more important now to have that additional cushion. Have at least 4-12 months of expenses in the liquid form, that is, in savings account and fixed deposits, at all points of time. If only a single member of the family is working then it is imperative to have more funds in the emergency kitty. Additionally, take stock of what you can sell in such markets without incurring a loss. Can you borrow against fixed deposits, take a loan against your LIC [Get Quote] policy and withdraw from PPF or EPF? Do you have gold that you could possibly sell? Evaluate all possibilities and be ready for all contingencies.
Step four: Perhaps, not taken too seriously, but the most important point -- reduce your expenses. There are two types of expenses: mandatory (groceries, child's education, home loan) and voluntary (entertainment, vacation, eating out and others). While there might be no way of scaling down mandatory expenses, voluntary ones can certainly be scaled down. However, even dealing with your mandatory expenses smartly can help matters. For instance, if you have high-interest home loans (most would have gone up to 12.25 per cent), you can look at refinancing it as there are banks that will offer you a loan for around 10.00-10.5 per cent. This can result in a reduction of the equated monthly instalment (EMI) and improve your cash flows. But it comes at a cost. So you will need to do a cost-benefit analysis of the loan transfer before going for it. If you are paying very high interest rates on credit cards and personal loans, you could do a 0 per cent balance transfer for three months (or slightly more), but refrain from using them till you clear the debt. If you really need to raise cash, opt for relatives instead of institutions or use your fixed deposits, real estate and other investments.
Step five: Have a proper savings budget and continue with your investments in PPF, EPF, SIPs and gold. Most importantly, this is not the time to be adventurous for investing in short-term equity. Doing all the above means you are much better prepared to tackle the bad times. It's important to pre-empt rather than take drastic measures in the future.

There is more relaxation, peace of mind, happiness in each and every mind when saturday comes and why not since there is a great enthusiasm for the next day to come i.e on SUNDAY.

SUNDAY is the day which is offbeat and its a common man's day as they are free to do anything as they desires. SUNDAY is the king of all the days where we get the time to leisure and relax ourselves and thereby the day to meet our near & dear ones. The day which brings a lot of aroma of happiness and delightfulness in our dealings and behaviour.

Precedent to Sunday is the day of SATURDAY evening and night with a great array of festive time to enjoy, merry go round, parties, dance shows and pubs where number of people takes advantage of this time and satisfy their urges at this period of time. I am probably not a party goer and at this moment feels to ralaxed and planned for the next day for some excitement, munchings, outgoing, errands and lots more.

Saturday evening is the dream for SUNDAY which will going to happen and for that we get busy in making schedule for our sweet SUNDAY. I have come across with many leaders and organisers who are unscrupulous and they are there only for the role to give speeches and arrange seminars. Hi Folks, This article covers of those people who always brag and boast. They show their richness by showing off thier attire in the form of wealth. They throw huge parties, get together and more or less involved in all activities which they can brag and boast.

I had worked as an computer software consultant with many small and medium size traders. They did not hesitate me for any sort. They were regular with their payment and other things why not I was also providing sales services. When I got an inquiry from multinationals, I was amazed and eager to work with them. Afterwards it culminated in to sorrow and sufferings from their side towards me regarding very slow process in their infrastructure.

Big companies are held only to give sorrow and sufferings. It is very difficult to get the payments in government and legal bodies companies. I am very happy working with small compnies. I hesitate or rather stopped in taking even an inquiry with big corporates. So, Finally Naam Bade aur Darshan Chote. I dont understand how these corporates manage their routines.

The same thing is their with our faith and love towards God. We love god and we do charity and other good deeds to make God Happy. Nowadays, also it has become commercialised. People does good deeds only to show their richness to others. Muslims go to Haj. Haj is compulsory only for once in your lifetime.Today people go for several times and make feel others that they are elite and rich. Once in a village the priests declared to all their people that god has made the presence on their land and declared that he will reward a person who is very generous and kind in all his deeds.

There became a huge queue of beggars at the gate of temple for the rich people to give alms to them. These peeople thought that by giving more alms and other stuff to beggars we will be rewarded by god. A stranger passing from that village saw this sceneraio and gave some penny to a beggar without having the knowledge of this event. He gave penny with his full heart and love to that beggar. Though in his full life time he had never gone to temples to worship god. He made the god to stay him in his heart and during his life time he was doing all good deeds without any intention of any sort of rewards. Finally that stranger was selected for the reward by the almighty.

In a complete sense it include all those stuff which makes you feel pure and better so as to able to live happily and to others. I had seen Gurus, Saints, Sanyasis, Maulana who are very religious and dear and near to God. Its really to believe are they happy from inside or pious in their dealing with others.

Enchanting Mantras and Rosary does not make one to come near to God. What God wants do all they people knows. I can narrate the very good example of Mr Swami Vivekanand, Who once visited to British Council at London. To show his generousity and populace of him he never got annoyed when the Bhagwat Geeta was placed at the bottom of all the religious books. The Veteren Officer insulted him by telling that Bible is more Popular and believable than Bhagwat Geeta. That's Why it is been placed on the top of all religious books.

Mr Swami Vivekanand did not lose his temper and he laughed and slowly he pushed the Bhagwat Geeta little to make all the books fall at one go. He explained and said that of on all the books bhagwat Geeta is the base or Foundation. Quality does not mean to lead a comfortable life or rather to put an image of an elite to others. Money, richness cannot judge the worthiness of a person.

On the Contrary they are very worst than to the ordinary people. They (Big tycoons) are very greddy and miser in their dealings. They are only there to accumulate weath but cannot give to others in the form of donation, charity or by helping others in the monetary form. They are there only to spend money on gambling, discotheques, Horce Races, Kitty parties, Buying all prestigious and valuable stuff. They make cry to their employees, workers by making them helpless and extracting very hard and more work from them.

I thought that they are ever happy in their life than to our ordinary people, but I was wrong they live a very hectic life and thay are always puzzle with their life. Their business mostly of them goes on a rolling basis. They are in a deep debt with the banks and financial institutions. Inspite of this they dont understand but always wants to show their richness by making a show of them with buying new bunglows, flats, large scale parties and wedding, so their reputation does not get disturbed among their circle.

They take due care of their prestige and status and they always maintain their status in the market and in their family at the expense of their life. They are very poor and sad from inside and always feel insecure with their life. What is the use of this wealth which cannot give happiness and comfort. They are very egostic and never manage themselves in low key areas.

They does not get a sound sleep but always getting worry with some sort or other. With this their heath gets affected and gets attached with many dreadful diseases. More the person is wealthy more he is close to diseases. I had seen many posh people consume more medicines than to hard working labour jobs. Working more than 8 hours in a day puts your health in a pathetic conditions and you will be in the hands of many dreadful diseases. I can give you the best example of my neighbour who had come for my advice to give job to his wife from my circle. I told him that doing a job is not easy and that to ladies. He narrated me that there is no solution to run our house. I gave him a niche idea why you dont cut down your costs in your routine life so as to save more money and there by generating more income.

Cutting down your costs or expenses can give you better relief and peace of mind and thereby generating more income Like suppose

1 ) If you are non- veg put in a habit to become veg as non veg foods are more expensive and more over veg foods enhances your health and put you out from many dreadful diseases.

2 ) Try to make home made dishes as freaking out would be more expensive and time consuming.

3 ) Like wise for shorter distances go by walking instead of using vehicles there by reducing the costs of your fuel and moreover you would be getting good exercise to your body in the form of walking.

4 ) House wives also generate income in the form of saving as with office goers women in the form doing the household chores like cooking, washing, cleaning, buying groceries, caring, supervising, imparting education to their kids. Hi Folks, This article covers of those people who always brag and boast. They show their richness by showing off thier attire in the form of wealth. They throw huge parties, get together and more or less involved in all activities which they can brag and boast.

I had worked as an computer software consultant with many small and medium size traders. They did not hesitate me for any sort. They were regular with their payment and other things why not I was also providing sales services. When I got an inquiry from multinationals, I was amazed and eager to work with them. Afterwards it culminated in to sorrow and sufferings from their side towards me regarding very slow process in their infrastructure.

Big companies are held only to give sorrow and sufferings. It is very difficult to get the payments in government and legal bodies companies. I am very happy working with small compnies. I hesitate or rather stopped in taking even an inquiry with big corporates. So, Finally Naam Bade aur Darshan Chote.

I dont understand how these corporates manage their routines. The same thing is their with our faith and love towards God. We love god and we do charity and other good deeds to make God Happy. Nowadays, also it has become commercialised. People does good deeds only to show their richness to others. Muslims go to Haj. These peeople thought that by giving more alms and other stuff to beggars we will be rewarded by god.
A stranger passing from that village saw this sceneraio and gave some penny to a beggar without having the knowledge of this event. He gave penny with his full heart and love to that beggar. Though in his full life time he had never gone to temples to worship god. He made the god to stay him in his heart and during his life time he was doing all good deeds without any intention of any sort of rewards.

Finally that stranger was selected for the reward by the almighty. So, Please be simple and live what you are. Dont ever try to show your wealthiness at the cost of your life. And finally Naam Bade aur Darshan Chote.

Decline of Mumbai Mills

Once stood at Lower Parel and Byculla area, I had recognised the textile mills stood in these areas. There were huge source of employement in the city. Now there is no such sceneraio available to look in to these areas. People used to live happily and natural life, why not, they were very hard working, deligent. There were no computers and experts who were having the knowledge to operate the machines were doing their job gracefully.

I have my own experince of mill workers to share with you. These blue collars are very good by their heart. I really respect them but they are all disappeared as the mills shut down. In place of mills big malls, shopping complex and residential towers had emerged. This is the grim postion of our Indian land.

Indians culture and tradition were ever there for these blue collar people. Nowadays it got so modernised that manufacturing activities had vanished and malls, multiplexes had come in to foreplay.I really love workers and eurchins as they are very good and polite in their hearts.
During my childhood I remember those days af Lalbaug area where people used to go to mills and eating Wada Paav and chilling out at JHUNKAA BHAKAAR. Not to say of BHARAT MATA cinema. Where Marathi Pictures were getting released every friday.

I respect Maharashtrians and their culture. Married Women used to tie Mogra Garlands on their back of head, Green bangles and Red Sindoor. Still you can see that glamour in Lalbaug and surrounding areas. Now it is fast vanishing.

Our culture has been getting detoirated in the hands of western culture which is very artifical.
People nowadys are become showy . We always take care of our heriage sites and do want to preserve them so as to remember our past and golden days.Why people never restore their original culture and traditins, occupations which was like a heaven in this lands of India.

This land of our country has been sold off to the western culture by our dirty politicians. They play a dirty game and spoiling our heritage and culture for the sake of money.

I do tell you about my experience at Lower Parel area in the year 1995 where I were used to work as an Accountant in the Printing press. During those days my Boss was undertaking the job of printing work from Kwality Icecreams. We were printing the Icecreams wrappers of Kwality Products. I had a very long Experience of these blue collar workers.
They used to come at thier usually job timings of about 8.30 am in the morning. Before delegating to their work they used to wear thir Job Clothes and after that Puja Path of Ganesha, Durga matta whatever and lighting of agarbattis and Diyas. They were distrubuting prasad among each other.

This loveness and kindness are rarely seen in todays modern and mobile world. I really adore and admire their characters and personality which is been due share in our developing our country and to preserve its rights and privildges.

Hi folks ! Hard people always gets due respect in the society. They always like and love their work. They are work alcholic. They used to manage their work so efficiently and effectively not to describe in words.

They always prosper and gets achievement in thier goals. They want to keep themselves always in their work. They think, write, talk, listen and with every moments of their body wants to get involved in their work, In fact they are very hard working and deligent in their approach.

I wanted to share my experience with many guys who were really mind blowing in thier work. I really got enthusiasted and learned from them how to become smart, talented and easy going to your work. These two of my friends are doing not white collor jobs but as a salesman. This friend named RAJU who is doing the duty of 13 hrs in his vocation as a salesman in a medical shop. Though I am from different field but I got impressed from his personality and the way of doing the work. This chap is working like a machine and that to non stop. He doent get the time even for his food. He narrates to me that he really gets exhausted and tired when he reaches home late night.

The medical shop where his job is also located in a posh area and they have a huge clientele lists. He himself does a business of nearly 50,000/- to 75,000/- per day. He is really a mind blowing guy and he definately became one of my good friends.

I doesnt like people simply wasting time in unimportant issues. I hate lazy and dump people. I really doesn't like teenagers going to colleges in the name of studies but busy getting involved in some other unrelated subjects. So, Keep your mind always busy in your work which keeps you energetic and successful. Epedemics and diseases always gets caught to those people who are lazy and lethargic. They have a very slow system of digestion then to hard working people.

Procastination leads to failure

Hi Folks ! Procastination creates hampers in ones life. One cannot achieve success and attaining the goals of life. If one pushes its work for a longer time, he would not come out of it. The work becomes subtle afterwards. one can gets sublime if the task is finished within no seconds of time.

I had observed that man gets lazy and hestitate for a certain type of work. Why ? the reason is that , might that work is least interested to him or he is coerce to do that work. If one prolonges his work he will lose interest in that and he will never finishes his work.

I had seen in many big organisation, the management and infrastructure of that company is so build that they can achieve even a very substantial tasks through effective planning and proper management. If you manage your task even the boring work also will create an interest and you will be directed to finish it soon. If you could not cope up with your projest and eliminating by procastinating you will never accomplish it. Break thats tasks in to small modules and take those modules one by one so as to finish up that tasks fully.

Achievement and success will only comes in a way when you will tactfully complete that tasks. Completion of tasks will only takes place when it has been done fully. I observed the work in process to finish that tasks goes very smoothly and when it comes to near completion the hindrances arises in the form of procastination like people feels now there is more time to submit the reports or to take the blue prints or rather when the completion of repairation of any machines is done it does not mean that work has completed. The work only gets completed when its tools and other equipments for the repairation of machines has been placed at its original place.

Last time never comes and we loose the oppurtunity though we had done our great tasks but we fails to deliver it in a propoer time only for the procastination which we held at the last moment.

Hi Folks, This is to tell you all peple that live with nature. Remove your precious time to spend with nature. I have seen many people living an artificial life like Discos, Pubs, Joints, Sizzlers, Shopping, Long Drives, Movies, Get toghther, Kitty Parties etc. They even not bother about their prevailing climate, environment etc.

All modern amenities have come in to foreplay like Geysers, Air conditioners, Water Coolers, Tower Fans, Chandiliers, etc. People have become used to with these accessories. Without which they cannot live. See, Rural people life they are so strong enough that they bath with chilled water early in the morning. they are so strong enough to fight any disesase. what are there diet simple chappati and onion or potatoe bhaji. They are more happy and content than us. They enjoy every moment of life with great charm and with enthusiasm.

I have seen many movies in which an actor lives with nature, talk with nature, talk with wild life flora, fauna, birds, animals like in Krissh where Hritik leads a very happy and peaceful life. NO sooner when he comes to a big city people instead of respecting his ability starts to exploit and commercilised his ability.

so, Please live with nature spend your vacation with nature by going to villages and live with them,drink water from well, eat those chappatis, help them in their daily chores (Ploughing and cultivating fields) , take deep breath, sit under a shelther of tree like sharukh khan in Swades and feel their trauma , poverty, self respect, loveness, kindness, selfishness. You will really enjoy it . Do regular meditation and your prayers and manage your like to give enough time to the Gods Gifts Nature.

We hear ed many times the news which are very difficult to listen or rather to get understand. It is out of perception, beliefs and intractable. One cannot understand how this can happen. We get amazed and shocked to hear the typical news and information.

We need to go insight of this problem and need to redress this suffering's and turmoil of this news. In today's world we get all types of news only related to sorrow, criticism, sufferings, hardships, corruption and exploitation. The world is now no more philantrophic in its nature. Everywhere and every now and than the disasters, untoward and catastrophe events happens which brings blues in to our life. Forget about natural calamities but man made calamities are very brutal and violent in nature.

I shall discuss of my personal incident which happened to me where all the roads and ways were chocked off at the deluge day. News were spread not to come out from your houses because the heavy rain happened to be for next twenty four hours except in case of an emergency. I managed to get an errand with my brother at coastal dock where the security prevented us not to go near. I regretted him and told that it would be better for me to die in the hands of nature.

Why to die in Trains, Buses, Taxis or rather any public places where man made bombs has been clandestinely placed. It is better to give our life to god. I never get scared of death. Who wants to live in this dark and black world where life is full of dust and waste. Where people makes money in the name of religion, Where there is no respect for elders, no respect for parents and teachers, Artificial life, Kidnapping, Raping, Aassination, rampage and etc.

One has to lead a beautiful life with as much as love and caring from others. Life should be filled up with Joys and delight. There should be a flora and fauna in our surroundings. There should be a happy and great news when someone glue to their TV. Otherwise it would be very hard to live in this demons world.
